This Limited Warranty covers any defects in workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period of 12 months from the date of its purchase. Within the first month, Prime Goods will replace, repair, or refund, at no charge, the products or parts of a product that falls under the following conditions:

- Improper craftsmanship
- Incorrect item delivered

If the customer avails of the warranty service beyond 1 MONTH - 12 MONTHS, the customer shall shoulder the shipping fees for the product's return and transport.
